Questions
Do we need to be a big company to use this?
No — the Man & Van tier is built specifically for solo operators and small teams. You get the same booking, quoting and payment tools as a large fleet, just without the scheduling complexity you don't need yet.
Can we keep our existing website?
Yes. MoveVault Booking, Quoting and CRM all work as standalone tools you can plug into an existing site. MoveVault Sites is there if you want a full replacement, but it's not required.
How does the deposit and balance payment flow work?
Customers pay a deposit (percentage set by you) at the moment they book online via Stripe Checkout. The remaining balance is automatically requested closer to the move date, or immediately if you send the confirmation manually — whichever happens first.
Is our data locked into MoveVault?
No — you can export your contacts, jobs and job history at any time. We'd rather earn your renewal than trap you into one.
Do you take a cut of what we charge customers?
No. Your pricing is entirely yours — MoveVault charges a flat monthly fee per tier, never a percentage of your revenue.
